Saturday meetings are from now on at the Computer Science building room 300, thats the main lab and pretty darn easy to find so its real hard to get lost,

Old and new members please remeber to show up on time!

We are meeting at the Engineering Bldg right?

Is there going to be a problem with the new schedule? Remember we had agreed to meet from 12 to 2 instead of from 10 to 12.
If it's hard for you to get a room, Liz, I can just not got to the meetings

I don't mind (that much) waking up "early" cause waking up at 9 on a saturday is pretty lame only if you worked. But, there would be more time in the mornings to do stuff and for example, I could have gone last time cause I was free by 12 but everybody was gone anyway. Besides, I had heard that it was gonna be from 12-2 that's why I said it. It seems more convenient.

Well, it cuts my day in half, which makes it inconvenient for me, but at least some people will find the change useful =)

Yup, it is now 12-2 our meetings...I'm still pending the update on the room since I changed the time. Please note that for this upcoming Saturday, August 22nd, the room remains the same in the UNION...also, the time change is not in effect until AUGUST 29th.

YES, let's see how this works out, I think it will be better since we have to wake up early everyday, we will at least have a day to sleep in, besides Sunday!

August 29th we meet at the Union again, same place, same room, but NOT at the same time, we shall meet at 12:00pm - 2:00pm.
Remember we might get new people to join us.

Yea, I think we should introduce ourselves, again, and don't leave them hanging like the other times, and not just work, maybe that's a set back. what do you think?

True, however I'm really interested in getting them to see what we really do. Most of us are not really good at socializing with new people, however I might come with a group activity t break the ice or something. Any ideas?

I guess, just act like we care and show them videos and photos and work, no matter if we lose a little of our precious time hhaha I know it's hard...I do not have any ideas that stand out..can we do an animation, with a funny character and present Innova, but that would take a while I guess...

It might, that's why I'm interested in Fernie doing the documentary about Innova.
A 10 minute video might be more fun and ilustrative than us talking, and then yeah, we can act like we care, because we do care... right?

what time out. We meeting at the union building on the 29th? I thought it was back at the engineering building....the documentary looks good so far.
